Hite Services Ltd was established in March 1997 with head offices located at 790 Lapointe Street Sudbury Ontario, Canada. We have since expanded into various markets across North American and are currently servicing clients located in Northern Ontario (with a presence in Timmins), in the US (from Minnesota down to Mississippi, Louisiana, and Tennessee), and as far south as Guyana and the Dominican Republic.
Who We Are
We are a crane and inspection facility with NDT Technicians and Crane Inspectors certified to CGSB/ASNT and follow OSHA, CSA, and ANSI Standards. Our staff, with years of industrial experience, is mobile and can perform inspections and repairs in Sudbury 24/7.
Our Sudbury service shop caters to Automotive Fleet, Commercial Truck (310T), and Heavy equipment preventative maintenance, CVOR annual inspections and repairs with a special focus on Mobile Cranes, Boom Trucks, and Hi-Rail equipment. We employ licensed Truck & Coach, Heavy Equipment, and Automobile mechanics, Hoisting Engineers, as well as all position Welders certified to CWB and or AWS standards.
With our independent Structural/Welding Engineer, we can also provide full engineering services including weld analysis and procedures, structural analysis, design, and repairs.
We also employ experienced instructors who rigorously maintain up-to-date course curriculums ensuring that customer training meets manufacturer instructions and ever-changing Governmental Regulations.
HITE’s Industrial Sales department compliments our multiple business units by supporting customers’ requirements for replacement parts, rigging, rigging accessories, as well as custom lifting devices.
Our Facilities
Our 10, 000 square foot shop in Sudbury is equipped for full mechanical/hydraulic testing and can perform welding from small to major rebuilds. Our main work is on boom trucks, mobile cranes, overhead cranes, and forklifts.
Our facility is outfitted with testing equipment and tracks for hi-rail installations and alignment. We have been doing work with various companies installing cranes and hi-rail equipment, including Grand Trunk Railway, Illinois Central, CP Rail, CN Rail, Vale, Barrick, Goldcorp, Greenfirst, and other various companies in the mining and forestry industry.
